Carol was born in Detroit, Michigan and is a former resident of western Kentucky. She moved to Texas to be close to her family and two grandchildren and is presently living in Bastrop. While living in Kentucky, she was active in the National Day of Prayer for eight years as a state coordinator facilitating the organizing of the Capitol event, traveling throughout KY establishing and teaching other NDP prayer groups and for 30 years had organized her local NDP events. She and her husband had the opportunity to create a prayer room downstairs in a building her church had. God added to that seed that was planted with talented and gifted people creating many additional prayer rooms upstairs and it became a prayer building that ministered to many people who came from all over the world. She has a passion to pray for leaders in her city, state and nation. She enjoys spending time with family and grandchildren, cooking, gardening, walks in the woods, crafts, and travel.
